Handling of common problems of mobile phone signal amplifier

1. After the installation, there is no effect

A. First make sure that there is a mobile phone signal at the outdoor antenna, (-50dbm) or more.

B. Make sure the amplifier, antenna and other accessories are selected correctly.

C. Confirm that the indoor and outdoor interfaces of the amplifier, distributor, and antenna are correctly connected.

2. After installation, the signal is improved, but no phone can be made

A. Make sure the outdoor antenna is aligned with the base station.

B. Confirm that the communication distance between the outdoor antenna and the base station is within 5 kilometers.

C. Make sure that the line between the outdoor antenna and the amplifier does not exceed 40 meters and does not fall below 10 meters

D. If it has not been solved, replace the amplifier with higher power or ask a professional to check and deal with it.

3. Poor call quality

A. Adjust the direction of the outdoor antenna.

B. Change the direction of the signal transmission line from the outdoor antenna to the amplifier (take the nearest straight line, do not turn the line too much, and do not turn 90° right angle)

C. Confirm whether the outdoor antenna to the amplifier line uses 50 ohm-7D coaxial cable.

D. Check whether the distance between the outdoor antenna and the indoor antenna is too close (too close will cause self-excitation). The distance is required to be more than 20 meters. It is best to have walls, corridors and other objects isolated to prevent the signal emitted by the indoor amplifier from being received by the outdoor antenna To form a loop amplification (self-excited).

4. The signal is improved after installation, but the coverage area is not large

A. Confirm the signal strength of the outdoor antenna.

B. Confirm that the transmission line from the internal antenna to the amplifier ship does not exceed 50 meters, the line connector is correct and intact, the line material meets the standard, and the distributor is not connected too much.

C. Choose a signal amplifier with higher power

5. Dealing with interference to communication base stations

A. The reason is that the upstream power of the amplifier is too large, or too close to the base station.

B. The solution is to change the installation position of the outdoor antenna and deviate from the base station. Or choose an amplifier with a relatively small power.

6. Sometimes there is no mobile phone signal, unstable

A. This situation is caused by amplifier self-excitation.

B. The solution is to confirm that the input and output connectors are correct and the shielding is good.

C. Make sure the distance between indoor antenna and outdoor antenna is more than 10 meters. It is best to have a wall to separate the indoor antenna from the outdoor antenna.

7. The mobile phone shows a full signal, the solution can not make a call

A. This situation is caused by insufficient upstream power of the amplifier, or the outdoor antenna signal is too weak.

B. First make sure that there is a mobile phone signal at the outdoor antenna, and it reaches (-50DBM) (full grid) or more.

C. Make sure the distance between indoor antenna and outdoor antenna is more than 10 meters. It is best to separate indoor and outdoor antennas by walls.

D. Install the outdoor antenna higher and aim the outdoor antenna directly at the base station.

E. Change the signal transmission line from the outdoor antenna to the amplifier to a 50-ohm-7D coaxial cable.
